Position Overview
We are looking for Experienced, energetic seasoned professional to be part of RMZ Design Team. Candidate is responsible for effective and aesthetic architectural and Interiors design of a projects, which accommodates the requirements of the client, local authorities, architectural standards and codes of practice and the requirements of other disciplines. Candidate is expected to act as a team member on one or more projects to complete design cycle, including schematic design, detailed design, and preparation of tender documents.
Key Responsibilities
- To lead the thought process of the Commercial Design from feasibility to completion of the project.
- Responsible for product mix, interior design, lighting, graphics, art and more.
- Experience in high end Commercial office spaces.
- Identify, evaluate and appoint all design and specialist consultants from international principal architects to local consultants.
- Review the design and drawings from the consultants at every stage
- Budgeting, Value addition, value engineering and cost optimization.
- Check compliance of the design to the applicable code.
- Lead and mentor the design team. Hire the talent for future expansion
- Actively participate in all the business pitches/investor interests.
- Keep track of the current and upcoming trends in the best of international properties and incorporate the suitable ones in our developments.
