Facade Project Manager (Junior AND Experienced)

Due to continued growth, we are seeking both experienced Facade Project Managers and Junior Facade Managers/Cadets to join our project delivery team. Whether you are an established facade professional looking to lead major projects, or an ambitious graduate seeking to build a long-term career in the facade industry, we offer the opportunity to work on some of Australia's most prestigious construction projects alongside a highly experienced team.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking multiple positions including motivated Experienced AND Junior Facade Managers to join our project delivery team. This role is ideal for someone in the early stages of their construction career who is eager to develop specialist knowledge in facade systems and build a long-term career in project management within the facade industry.
About the Role:
You will play a key role in the successful delivery of facade and glazing packages from design coordination and procurement through to installation, commissioning and project completion.
Depending on your experience level, responsibilities may include managing projects independently or supporting senior team members while developing your technical and project management capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing or assisting in the delivery of facade and glazing packages across multiple projects.
- Developing and maintaining project programmes and key milestones.
- Managing project budgets, variations and cost control.
- Liaising with builders, consultants, architects, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Attending site meetings and coordinating installation activities.
- Monitoring quality, safety and programme compliance.
- Identifying and resolving technical and construction-related issues.
- Managing defects, commissioning and project close-out requirements.
- Maintaining accurate project records and documentation.
About You:
For Junior Facade Managers / Cadets
You may be recently graduated or in the final stages of completing a degree in:
- Construction Management, Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering
You will also possess:
- 0–3 years of construction industry experience.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Bluebeam, with experience using document management platforms such as Aconex (preferred)
- A genuine interest in facade and glazing systems.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- The ability to work within a fast-paced project environment.
- A current driver's licence (preferred)
For Experienced Facade Project Manager
- 5+ years of experience delivering facade, glazing or building envelope packages.
- Strong technical understanding of curtain wall, window wall, aluminium and glazing systems.
- Experience managing projects from procurement through to completion.
- Proven ability to coordinate builders, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Strong commercial awareness including variations, budgeting and cost management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A track record of delivering projects safely, on programme and to a high standard.
