We are seeking a skilled Architect responsible for delivering innovative and practical design solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibility Areas
Assisting Senior Architects in conceptualizing projects and translating those ideas into detailed 2D/3D models and presentations.
- Construction Documentation:
Preparing "Good for Construction" (GFC) drawings, which is accurate and delivered on time.
Assisting team on site visits to monitor progress, ensuring contractors follow the design intent, and resolving on-site discrepancies.
Assisting with municipal drawings and ensuring designs comply with local building codes (like NBC or RERA guidelines).
Coordinating with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and structural consultants for execution of the projects.
