Interior Architect/ Interior Designer- Mid- Level/Full or Part Time | 5-8+ years of relevant experience in residential Architecture and Interiors.
Seeking a talented Interior Designer/ Interior Architect with a passion for residential Interiors and Architecture. The ideal candidate would be creative and motivated to grow, learn, and contribute significantly in the direction and success of the firm. We are primarily a residential architecture practice, with increasing demand for architectural interiors and interior design. Qualifications
- Passionate about Residential Interiors and Architecture as an integrated design process.
- Client centric approach to design.
- Ability to lead all aspects of interior design and/ or interior architecture.
- Comfortable working independently and within a complex team environment.
- Degree preferred, or significant relevant experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Role will work closely with our architecture staff to provide Interior Architecture and Interior Design to our clients.
- Accountable for presentations, mood boards, sample selections and renderings to convey the design direction.
- Responsible for coordinating all selections with the Owner, Architects, and Contractors.
- Engage and support Principal during interviews with prospective clients.
- Learn ArchiCAD to assist in project presentations.
- Establish and maintain resource library, business contacts, and vendor relationships that focus on interiors.
