Position Overview
An Architect is sought to manage architectural projects from concept through completion, ensuring innovative design solutions, regulatory compliance, and the successful delivery of high-quality developments.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will prepare architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation while collaborating with clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
The role includes coordinating project timelines, conducting site inspections, monitoring construction progress, and ensuring works are completed in accordance with approved designs and quality standards.
Responsibilities also involve liaising with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders, resolving technical issues, presenting project updates, and contributing to sustainable and innovative design solutions.
The Architect will support multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Degree in Architecture together with a minimum of three years' experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software is required.
Strong design, technical, analytical, and project management skills are essential, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in both Maltese and English and possession of a valid Category B driving licence are required.
