Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect with 5+ years of professional experience in architectural design, project coordination, and construction administration. The ideal candidate will lead projects from concept through completion, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant, and innovative design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects through all phases, including concept design, design development, construction documentation, and site execution.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, and design quality.
- Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, and resolve technical issues.
- Review material selections, shop drawings, and contractor submissions.
- Mentor junior architects and support team development.
- Participate in client presentations and project meetings.
- Assist in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 5+ years of relevant architectural experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design/visualization tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and detailing.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Registered Architect (preferred).
- Experience in commercial, residential, hospitality, healthcare, or mixed-use projects.
- Knowledge of BIM workflows and sustainable design practices.
- Experience with project management and client-facing responsibilities.
