About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Architect who combines technical precision with genuine creative vision. This is not a drafting seat — it is a design leadership role where your ideas will move from concept to skyline. You will work alongside engineers, clients, and project managers to deliver spaces that are as functional as they are beautiful, and as compliant as they are compelling.
Responsibilities
- Design & Technical Execution: Produce detailed architectural plans, construction blueprints, and high-quality 3D renderings using industry-standard platforms including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. Your drawings will be the backbone of every project you touch.
- Client Engagement: Lead consultations with clients to understand their vision, present design proposals with clarity and confidence, and translate feedback into refined, buildable solutions. You speak design fluently — and can make clients feel the same.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with structural engineers, contractors, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure designs remain feasible, accurate, and on schedule. No design exists in isolation; you understand that.
- Regulatory Compliance: Navigate local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards as a matter of course — not afterthought. Every design you submit is ready to withstand scrutiny.
- Research & Innovation: Stay current with emerging construction materials, design methodologies, and architectural trends. You bring fresh thinking to a field where standards keep moving.
- Documentation & Cost Awareness: Prepare thorough technical specifications and realistic cost estimates that give project teams and clients a clear foundation for decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
