We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable multi skilled engineer to join our team and carry out a range of planned/reactive maintenance tasks. This position is ideal for someone with a background in building services who is looking to develop their career.

And as a Multi Skilled Engineer with Bellrock you’ll do it by…
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance in accordance with maintenance schedules.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and reactive maintenance requests
- Diagnose and repair faults on electrical and mechanical systems, including heating, ventilation, pumps, motors, lighting and plumbing.
- Assist with contractor supervision and monitor work quality and compliance.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety legislation, hospital policies, and statutory requirements.
- Complete maintenance records, risk assessments, and documentation accurately using the engineering app supplied by Bellrock.
- Support compliance with HTM (Health Technical Memoranda), and SFG20 where applicable.
- Stay current with industry standards, codes, and regulations, ensuring compliance in all activities.
- Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are used safely and stored correctly.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE
- Provide excellent customer service when working in occupied rooms/areas.
What does it take?
If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a Multi Skilled Engineer, you’ll need…
- NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent engineering qualification
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Ability to use common tools and equipment
- Previous experience in building services

Working arrangements
We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the St George's Hospital, Tooting, SW17 0GT between Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
