Architect
We are looking for an experienced architect, ideally with healthcare sector experience, to join our small, friendly team in Bristol.
We have recently started working on some exciting healthcare schemes, with the opportunity to take on more so we’re looking for someone to take a leading role on these, as well as working on our diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects.
Salary circa £45 000, dependent on experience

We are based on the vibrant Gloucester Road, with good public transport links and lots of interesting cafes, restaurants and shops nearby.
We have weekly office lunches and CPD/training events, often initiated by staff based on their areas of interest. You will be invited to join in with the charity challenges we take on throughout the year, if you would like to.
You will typically work as part of a team, alongside one of the Directors to assist in the design and production of schemes within the office. There will be plenty of opportunities for you to take on more responsibility, develop strong client relationships and make your mark within our growing company.
We’re seeking someone who is a problem solver, comfortable interrogating and sharing ideas, and willing to learn.
Essential requirements:
- Proficiency in technical design and delivery of work through from post planning to completion;
- Proficiency in AutoCad;
- Knowledge of Revit;
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe packages;
- Strong design and detailing skills with a good knowledge of current UK Building Regulations;
- Time management and organisational skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Confident communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and consultants
Desirable requirements:
- Experience and knowledge of sustainable development best practice
- Experience in the healthcare sector
