ABOUT THE COMPANY
An established architecture practice is continuing to expand its presence in Brisbane following a strong pipeline of project wins. As part of this growth, an opportunity has become available for a BIM Coordinator to join the BIM team that supports multiple studios across Australia and internationally.
This is a practice with a mature BIM environment, clear processes and experienced leaders who are passionate about developing their people. You'll be joining a collaborative team who actively promote knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
ABOUT THE ROLE

Working closely with the wider BIM team and project teams, you'll play a key role in supporting project delivery, coordinating Revit models and maintaining BIM standards across a diverse portfolio of projects. You'll be surrounded by experienced BIM specialists who will help you continue developing your technical and coordination skills while giving you genuine opportunities for long-term career progression.
DUTIES
- Coordinate and manage Revit models across multiple live projects.
- Support project teams with BIM documentation and model coordination.
- Maintain BIM standards, workflows and QA/QC procedures.
- Coordinate with external consultants to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
- Assist with clash detection, model reviews and issue resolution.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of BIM processes.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong proficiency using Revit within an architectural environment.
- Experience supporting documentation and coordination on live projects.
- Solid understanding of BIM workflows, standards and QA/QC processes.
- Experience coordinating with external consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- A genuine desire to learn and build a long-term career within BIM.
