One of the leading national ephemeral architecture and events agencies with more than 25 years of experience connecting companies with their target audiences, both internally and externally. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Madrid team.
What are we looking for?
Senior Project Manager with at least 5 years’ experience in an events agency (essential requirement).
Responsibilities
– Preparation of budgets. Feasibility analysis and supervision of the project from its conceptual phase to the execution phase. Risk assessment, search for alternative solutions and management of necessary resources.
– Strategy development and planning, making the most of time and resources.
– Operations Management: Analysis, development and improvement of operations systems and processes.
Creation of roadbooks and process manuals. Definition of policies and processes.
– Coordination of event logistics: space reservations, accommodation, transfers, catering, staff, audiovisuals, etc.
– Interlocution with the client throughout the event cycle to identify their needs and make adapted proposals.
– Management of legal matters (LOPD, NDA, contracts, collaboration agreements, permits, etc), in coordination with the legal team.
– Preparation of documentation for public and corporate tenders. Preparing proposals for clients together with the creative and design team.
– Review and management of presentations.
