Opportunity: Site Setting Out Engineers
Location: Massen-Niederlausitz (Eastern Germany)
Salary: up to €100,000 + housing and car allowance

Role Overview
- Carry out precise setting out for all civil, structural, and architectural elements of the project.
- Establish and maintain site control networks, benchmarks, and survey records.
- Verify dimensions, coordinates, and levels against design drawings and BIM models.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and design teams to ensure accurate construction delivery.
- Produce and maintain as-built surveys, reports, and quality documentation.
- Ensure all surveying activities comply with project specifications, health and safety standards, and programme requirements.
Key skills and qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in setting out on large-scale construction projects, preferably data centres or other mission-critical facilities.
- Proficient in the use of surveying equipment such as Total Stations, GPS/GNSS, and relevant surveying software.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, coordinate systems, and quality assurance procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environments with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
