Job Summary
The Senior Architect ensures all architectural / Fit out requirements for the project are properly coordinated and complied with to achieve the full intent of the design, while maintaining the highest levels of quality and adhering to programming requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of interior fit-out projects, ensuring functional, high-quality solutions that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance to the design team.
- Liaise with clients to develop design concepts and incorporate feedback.
- Prepare and review fit-out drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and specialist consultants to ensure technical feasibility and constructability.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and site progress to ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, authority requirements, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
- Stay updated on fit-out materials, technologies, and industry best practices to enhance project outcomes.
- Support HSE initiatives and comply with company and IMS policies.
