We are hiring an Architect for our Vadodara location. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing drawings, coordinating with clients and project teams, and supporting smooth project execution.
Experience & Qualification:
- 2+ years of experience in architectural design and project coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in residential, commercial, bungalow, or interior projects will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare working drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D views.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams for project requirements.
- Visit project sites and provide design support during execution.
- Assist in material selection and design presentations.
- Ensure drawings and designs meet project requirements and standards.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is Preferred
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar design software will be preferred.
- Good understanding of space planning, construction drawings, and design concepts.
- Strong communication, creativity, and coordination skills.
