About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead and support the architectural design of mission-critical Data Center projects from concept through construction and project close-out.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver resilient, scalable, and high-performance facilities while ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs from concept through detailed design and IFC documentation.
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate architectural design with Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, BIM, Security, and IT teams.
- Ensure constructability, maintainability, durability, and lifecycle performance.
- Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and technical coordination meetings.
- Support planning approvals, authority submissions, and building permit processes.
- Review RFIs, shop drawings, material submittals, and construction documentation.
- Provide architectural support during construction, inspections, commissioning, and as-built documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire regulations, accessibility requirements, and ABNT/NBR standards.
- Contribute to sustainable design initiatives, including LEED, BREEAM, or AQUA-HQE projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (or Civil Engineering with Architectural qualification).
- Experience delivering complex industrial, mission-critical, or Data Center projects.
- Strong experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Knowledge of authority approvals, licensing processes, and permit management.
- Proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows, MS Office, and document management systems.
- Strong understanding of ABNT/NBR standards.
- Advanced or Fluent English (written and spoken).
