Work Experience At least five (5) years of related experience Knowledge Well versed in the above Architectural requirements, principles, practices, methodologies, policies and procedures. Possess adequate knowledge of the required policies, principles, practices and procedures/ techniques. Good design and drawing skills to demonstrate your flair for architecture, sound analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail, an understanding about the relationship between people, buildings and the wider environment, a first-rate understanding of construction processes. Skills Computer Literate, basic knowledge in BIM (Building Information Modelling), IIM (Infrastructure Information Modelling) and Pre-Contract works, excellent IT skills, including computer-aided design skills. Abilities To write reports of moderate to high complexities and to work harmoniously with a variety of Employees within the department and in the Consultant organization with the Client. Language Skills English: Fluency level required in speaking, reading and writing.
