About The Role
At Nexivaa, we believe façades are more than just skins — they are high-performance systems that shape both function and identity. We’re looking for a detail-driven and curious Façade Design Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team. You’ll work on cutting-edge projects across commercial, institutional, and high-rise sectors, collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver innovative, sustainable, and buildable envelope solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Some Of The Key Responsibilities Include
- Develop conceptual to detailed façade design drawings
- Perform structural and material feasibility studies
- Work closely with architects and consultants to align technical input with design vision
- Create and modify 2D/3D façade layouts using CAD and BIM tools
- Assist in thermal, wind, and light performance analysis
- Prepare technical documentation for tender and construction
- Support site coordination and resolve on-site design queries
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety, and sustainability standards
