At ProHire Network – Recruitment & Training, we're proud to be partnering with an ultra-luxury resort development in the Maldives to recruit an experienced Architect.
This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the development of a world-class luxury resort, playing a key role in architectural planning, regulatory approvals, and multidisciplinary coordination from concept through project completion.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate architectural planning, design development, and project execution.
• Prepare, review, and manage statutory documentation and authority submissions.
• Liaise with government authorities to obtain all required project approvals, including MOT, MNDF, and EIA approvals.
• Coordinate closely with Structural, MEPF, and Interior Design teams throughout the design and construction process.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations, statutory requirements, and project specifications.
• Review architectural drawings, technical documentation, and consultant submissions.
• Work collaboratively with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Requirements
✔ 10–15 years of experience as an Architect, preferably within luxury hospitality or high-end developments.
✔ Strong knowledge of Maldives government regulations, statutory documentation, and approval processes.
✔ Proven experience obtaining MOT (Ministry of Tourism), MNDF, and EIA approvals.
✔ Sound understanding of Structural Engineering, MEPF Services, and Interior Design coordination.
✔ Experience delivering luxury resorts, hotels, or large-scale hospitality developments.
✔ Excellent project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Ability to manage multiple consultants and deliver projects to the highest quality standards.
