LEAD ARCHITECT | AZ Concepts design+build | India & UAE
Location: Mohali, Punjab (open to candidates across India; relocation welcome)
AZ Concepts design+build works across Architecture, Interior Fit-Out, Turnkey Contracting, and Furniture Manufacturing — with our own factory in Himachal Pradesh and projects in India & UAE. Your designs get built, not shelved.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Head the design studio — concept to GFC across residential, commercial, hospitality & government projects
• Lead designers and draftsmen; release production-ready packages to our factory and sites
• Front client presentations and design sign-offs
• Coordinate with the UAE team as international work scales
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• B.Arch (COA preferred), 2–6 years, 1+ in fit-out / design-build
• Built-work portfolio (mandatory)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; ability to review and direct rendered output from 3ds Max, Lumion, and D5 Render
• Familiarity with current design software and AI-assisted design tools will be highly appreciated
