Role Description The Architect role at AB Architects & Planners is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Architect will develop design concepts, prepare drawings and 3D models, and refine designs in alignment with client requirements and project constraints. Responsibilities include coordinating with consultants, contractors, and vendors; assisting with project documentation; and supporting site execution to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained. The Architect will participate in client meetings, contribute to material selection and detailing, and help manage timelines to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and detailing.
- Candidates should possess relevant Software Development and Integration skills where applicable, particularly in integrating design tools and workflows to support project delivery.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and documentation to support projects from design through execution.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional registration or eligibility is an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and interact confidently with clients and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and familiarity with local building codes, materials, and construction practices.
