1. Architect
Must have strong experience in interior design and equipment-related projects
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
- Luxury interior design projects
- Contemporary furniture design and detailing
- Interior fit-out and furnishing concepts
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Qatar (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and specifications for high-end interiors
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or similar
Ability to prepare concept designs, mood boards, and detailed shop drawings
Experience in client coordination and project execution
Knowledge of local regulations and standards (Qatar) is an advantage
Strong understanding of space planning, aesthetics, and functionality
Good communication and presentation skills
