About The Role
Job Summary
The Project Engineer will be responsible for the technical execution and successful delivery of pumping system projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, budget, and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, estimates, and monitoring progress against milestones.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements throughout project execution.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers while tracking deliverables, procurement activities, and material deliveries to site.
- Manage interdisciplinary coordination to achieve project objectives within schedule, budget, and required quality standards.
- Promote and coordinate the resolution of technical issues and provide recommendations to Project Management.
- Participate in technical meetings with customers and suppliers, including HAZOP, P&ID, and 3D Model Reviews, ensuring timely closure of actions.
- Coordinate the preparation and issuance of project documentation, including specifications, plans, requisitions, and other discipline deliverables.
- Review bid requisitions, technical evaluations, tabulations, and recommendations for equipment and material awards.
- Identify, control, and monitor project changes, ensuring proper processing of potential change orders and project impacts.
- Support Production activities, manage day-to-day interfaces with internal and external stakeholders, conduct weekly project reviews, and promote effective project management practices.
Qualifications / Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Engineering; Project Management specialization preferred.
- PMP Certification.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the Energy & Infrastructure sector or related industries.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and planning tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with customers, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and support international assignments.
- Effective decision-making, teamwork, and coordination skills.
