We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Safety Inspector (Civil Construction) in Fujairah, UAE. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily HSE inspections across construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor PPE usage and safe work practices.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions.
- Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports.
- Coordinate with project teams to maintain HSE compliance.
- Maintain safety documentation and inspection records.
Required Skills
- Occupational Health & Safety – Strong knowledge of workplace safety principles.
- HSE Standards & Regulations – Ability to implement and monitor compliance.
- NEBOSH/IOSH – Preferred certification for construction safety.
- Risk Assessment – Ability to identify and mitigate hazards.
- Construction Safety – Experience working on civil construction projects.
Preferred Skills
- Industrial safety exposure.
- Safety audit experience.
- Emergency response planning.
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in construction, industrial, or related sectors. Experience in civil construction environments is essential. Candidates with Indian construction experience are also eligible to apply.
Education
- Minimum: Relevant qualification in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
- Preferred: NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent certification.
- Additional: Other recognised HSE certifications.
