We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Bidding Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cost estimation, tendering, and pricing strategies for both private and government projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Manage and lead the pricing and tendering process.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
- Review and evaluate project risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and tender requirements.
- Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project costs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Minimum 10 : 15 years of experience in pricing, estimation, or tendering.
- Strong knowledge of both private and government project procedures.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
