Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in the Riyadh Region. The Architect will design and develop cleanroom and controlled environment facilities, ensuring alignment with biosafety, infection control, and accreditation standards. Responsibilities include preparing architectural plans and technical drawings, coordinating with engineering and safety teams, and overseeing design implementation throughout project lifecycles. The role involves evaluating client requirements, integrating specialized systems into facility layouts, and collaborating with partners and vendors to ensure quality and compliance. The Architect will also support project management activities, including timelines, documentation, and coordination with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design for cleanrooms, laboratories, and controlled environments.
- Ability to work with Integration and Software Development teams to incorporate specialized systems and digital solutions into facility designs.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and delivery of complex technical projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field.
- Knowledge of biosafety, infection control, and relevant international and local standards is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar) and technical documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and with external partners.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to high-quality, safe, and compliant design solutions.
