Role Description Key Responsibilities
🔹 Develop, implement, and maintain company BIM standards, workflows, and best practices in line with ISO 19650 and international BIM protocols.
🔹 Prepare and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) while overseeing project models to ensure data accuracy, coordination, and efficient project delivery.
🔹 Conduct model audits, clash detection, and quality assurance reviews to maintain the highest standards across all project stages.
🔹 Lead BIM adoption through technical guidance, mentoring, and support, including the delivery of regular BIM CPD sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
🔹 Coordinate closely with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and QS teams to ensure seamless multidisciplinary collaboration and delivery of detailed LOD 400 interior fit-out models.
🔹 Partner with the Quantity Surveying team to establish BIM data structures that support integration with CostX and other cost management platforms, enabling model-based quantity take-offs, cost planning, and BOQ preparation.
🔹 Evaluate and implement emerging BIM technologies, tools, and workflows to enhance project efficiency and digital delivery capabilities.
🔹 Monitor BIM deliverables, reporting, and information management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
✔ Minimum 8 years of BIM experience
✔ Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM best practices
✔ Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360
✔ Experience with LOD 400 interior fit-out coordination
✔ Knowledge of CostX and model-based quantity take-offs is highly desirable
✔ Proven leadership, training, and stakeholder management skills
