North House Architects is a design-driven architecture studio based in Grand Haven, Michigan. We specialize in finely crafted, modern residential projects that respond thoughtfully to the natural beauty and unique context of the Great Lakes region.
We’re seeking a Project Architect to join our small and collaborative team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in all phases of the design and construction process from initial concept to the final built work.
We are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an architecture firm
- At least 2 years working on custom residential projects
- Proficiency in Revit (required)
- Strong balance of design sensibility and technical skill
- Ability to manage projects independently and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Passion for residential architecture and a high level of craft
- Eagerness to grow with a studio committed to excellence and regional identity
- Interest in long-term professional development and leadership potential
