The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced BIM Specialist to drive the Company's digital transformation agenda by integrating engineering technologies, process optimization, and data analytics into project delivery and business operations. The role is responsible for leading BIM implementation, digital engineering initiatives, systems integration, workflow automation, and continuous improvement programs that enhance operational efficiency, project performance, and organizational capability while supporting the Company's long-term digital transformation strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BIM models for architectural, structural, and MEP projects
- Coordinate and integrate models from consultants for design review and clash detection
- Generate plans, sections, schedules, and other project deliverables
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, BEP, LOD, and ISO 19650
- Support digital workflows and coordination across design, engineering, and project teams
- Assist in improving BIM standards, templates, and project documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field
- At least 2–5 years of experience in BIM modeling, design coordination, or project planning
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM standards
- Familiarity with Power BI, SAP B1/SAP HANA, Dynamo, or Power Automate is an advantage
- Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skill
