Our client is seeking a BIM Modeler to support the delivery of a large scale Data Center construction project in Doha, Qatar. The role will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing BIM models across Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP disciplines to support design coordination, clash detection, construction sequencing, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for Data Center construction projects.
- Coordinate BIM deliverables across CSA and MEP disciplines.
- Support clash detection processes and coordinate model reviews with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Produce shop drawings, coordinated layouts, and construction documentation from BIM models.
- Ensure BIM standards, project requirements, and drawing protocols are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support construction teams with model updates, RFIs, and design coordination.
- Participate in coordination meetings and assist in resolving technical and spatial conflicts.
- Work closely with engineering and site teams to ensure model accuracy and constructability.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of BIM modeling experience within construction projects.
- Must have Data Center construction project experience.
- Strong experience in CSA and/or MEP BIM coordination.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination tools.
- Experience with clash detection, shop drawings, and coordinated construction models.
- Understanding of Data Center environments and fast-track construction delivery.
- Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage project deadlines.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, BIM, or related field.
- Previous experience working on large-scale or mission-critical projects is preferred.
- Must be located in Qatar.
