Role Description
- The Senior Architect will lead the design and delivery of high-end residential projects, from initial concept development to final execution.
- This full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam includes preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, coordinating design details, and ensuring adherence to building codes and standards.
- The role involves collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs, presenting design proposals, and integrating feedback into refined solutions.
- The Senior Architect will work with project managers, structural engineers, interior designers, and site teams to ensure seamless coordination across disciplines and timely project completion.
- Day-to-day responsibilities also include supervising junior architects, overseeing quality of design documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in design processes and project workflows.
Requirements:
B.Arch degree (COA registration preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential architecture.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Strong communication, presentation, and project coordination skills.
Knowledge of local building rules and permit procedures.
Location: Candidates must be based in Kochi or willing to relocate before joining
