Role Description The BIM Modeler is a full-time role based in Đà Nẵng with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a combination of on-site and work-from-home days. The role involves creating, developing, and updating BIM models for architecture, structure, and MEP systems using company standards and project requirements. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting construction drawings, coordinating design information among disciplines, and ensuring model accuracy and consistency. The BIM Modeler collaborates with architects, engineers, and project managers to detect clashes, support design changes, and prepare model-based documentation. Additional responsibilities include maintaining model libraries, adhering to BIM execution plans, and contributing to process improvements and digital workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience working as a modeler in design or construction projects.
- Knowledge of Architecture and the ability to interpret and develop architectural construction drawings.
- Understanding of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and experience integrating MEP elements into coordinated BIM models.
- Ability to read, analyze, and produce Construction Drawings that align with project standards and local regulations.
- Proficiency in relevant BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or similar tools) and familiarity with clash detection and coordination workflows.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Good communication skills in a professional setting; ability to document and report issues clearly.
- Relevant technical or university degree in architecture, engineering, or construction-related fields is preferred.
- Experience with international standards or BIM execution plans and an interest in continuous learning and digital innovation.
