We are a leading real estate investment and development firm specializing in projects across Greece, with our offices located in the center of Thessaloniki. We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to oversee and manage critical technical aspects of our residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with local regulations and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct technical inspections and checks for apartments and buildings to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare percentage tables related to property division and ownership shares.
• Create, check and verify property documentation ( including Electronic IDs, 4495/17 documentation and 651/77), property registration documents, and PEAs (Property Energy Assessments).
• Collaborate with engineers, realtors, and municipal authorities to ensure timely completion of technical requirements.
• Prepare detailed reports and project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in property inspections and technical checks.
- Proven experience in Building and Apartment Surveying & Documentation
- Knowledge of property registration processes and energy assessments.
- Deep understanding of utility connections and liaising with public service providers.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, construction laws, and safety regulations.
- Greek-speaking with fluency in English
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
