Krass Construction is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Site BIM Modeler Engineer to join our team and support our construction projects.
📍 Location: Project Site – Cairo 6 October
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and maintain BIM models based on project requirements and site conditions.
- Coordinate BIM models with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Review shop drawings and ensure alignment with the approved BIM model.
- Prepare and update as-built BIM models based on actual site execution.
- Coordinate with site engineers, technical office, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve BIM-related issues.
- Identify clashes and support the team in implementing effective solutions.
- Ensure BIM models are accurate and updated according to project progress.
- Participate in site coordination meetings and provide BIM-related technical support.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- 5 years of experience in BIM Modeling, within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of Revit is required.
- Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination is preferred.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple disciplines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Site experience is highly preferred.
