Role Description:

We are currently seeking a qualified Civil Resident Engineer to join our Engineering Consultancy team in Dubai.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
10-15 years of total experience.
Mandatory prior experience with an Engineering Consultancy company in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of Dubai local authority regulations (DM, RTA, Trakhees, etc., as applicable).
Strong knowledge in contract administration.
Proven experience in site supervision, coordination with Contractors, and Clients.
Ability to ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Strong reporting, communication, and leadership skills.
Dubai Municipality (DM) Unlimited certification/accreditation.
