About the Rol

eEarth Reservoir for Oil & Gas (EROG) is seeking a highly motivated Project Construction Engineer to support the development of a new manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia

.The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project delivery activities. The position will work closely with project stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the project is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved quality, schedule, and budget requirements

Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities throughout the project lifecyc
le.Act as the primary technical interface between project stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and supplie
rs.Review engineering drawings, specifications, technical submittals, and contractor deliverabl
es.Monitor construction progress and verify compliance with project schedules and mileston
es.Participate in design reviews, constructability reviews, and technical coordination meetin
gs.Identify, track, and resolve technical and construction-related issu
es.Review and evaluate contractor requests for information (RFIs), change orders, and variation reques
ts.Conduct site inspections and monitor construction quality, safety, and progre
ss.Coordinate equipment delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning activiti
es.Prepare project reports, progress updates, meeting minutes, and technical documentati
on.Support project management in managing risks, schedules, budgets, and contractor performan
ce.Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable regulations, and industry standar

ds.Qualificati

onsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related fie
ld.Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial construction, manufacturing facilities, oil & gas, infrastructure, or similar projec
ts.Strong understanding of engineering drawings, construction methods, project execution, and contractor manageme
nt.Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and construction tea
ms.Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skil
ls.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applicatio
ns.Fluent in Engli

sh.
Preferred Qualificat

ionsExperience with greenfield industrial or manufacturing proje
cts.Familiarity with project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Proj
