DAAB Contech is looking for a motivated and hands-on Reality Capture & BIM/VDC Specialist to join our team in South Florida.
This role combines field work and digital modeling, ideal for someone who enjoys both technology and being on-site.
Entry-Level Position
🔍 What You'll Do:
Perform 3D scanning and reality capture on-site (LiDAR, photogrammetry, etc.)
Travel to project locations across the Miami / Broward area
Process scan data and develop accurate BIM models
Support VDC workflows and project coordination
Collaborate with our remote and international team
✅ Requirements:
Based in Miami or Broward County
Must have reliable transportation for site visits
Knowledge of BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both in the field and remotely
⭐ Nice to Have:
Experience with reality capture tools (laser scanning, drones, or similar)
Experience in construction, VDC, or surveying
Familiarity with point cloud processing software
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
