We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join a luxury interiors environment focused on custom closet and storage solutions. In this role, you will work directly with clients to create customized storage solutions that are both visually compelling and highly practical. You will guide the full process from discovery and design through proposal, sale, and project coordination. The right person brings a strong eye for design, confidence in a client-facing sales setting, and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering an elevated customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Meeting with clients to understand their space, storage goals, style preferences, and budget
- Creating custom closet and storage designs using design software and approved tools
- Recommending materials, finishes, accessories, and layouts that align with the client’s vision
- Presenting design concepts and pricing clearly and confidently
- Closing sales and contributing to individual and team revenue goals
- Managing communication throughout the design, ordering, and installation process
- Coordinating with internal teams to help ensure a smooth and high-quality project experience
- Supporting showroom presentation, brand standards, and product knowledge initiatives
Qualifications
- Experience as an interior designer or in design, consultative sales, luxury retail, cabinetry, closets, kitchens, or home improvement
- Strong design instincts with the ability to balance aesthetics, function, and client needs
- Confidence presenting to discerning clients and guiding them toward a purchase decision
- Proficiency with CAD, 3D design tools, or related design systems
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple clients and active projects at once
- A polished, professional presence and a genuine passion for exceptional customer service
Benefits
