A BIM Specialist responsible for collaborating with project teams to define, implement, and meet BIM data requirements.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, or a related field.
- 5 years supporting enterprise-wide BIM process implementation.
- 5 years' experience within the AEC industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Experience working with COBie and structured data deliverables
- Working knowledge of industry standards, including those required by government agencies and clients.
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated client service mindset and strong interpersonal communication. Skills
- Proficiency in MS 365 Suite
Responsibilities:
- Support BIM project setup and implementation plans.
- Ensure compliance with BIM data standards, naming conventions, and best practices.
- Coordinate BIM data workflows across disciplines to optimize project delivery.
- Conduct BIM data quality control reviews throughout project phases.
- Audit models and content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards.
- Conduct regular project reviews to reinforce adherence to BIM protocols and expectations.
- Evaluate and support management of third-party tools and technology for productivity improvements.
- Conduct regular project reviews to reinforce adherence to BIM protocols and expectations.
- Lead BIM-related troubleshooting and documentation efforts.
- Assist in developing BIM Management and Project Execution Plans.
- Partner with Project Managers to implement and support cloud-based BIM collaboration environments.
Pay: $67K - $90K
