Your New Role
As a Design Architect/Senior Design Architect, you will be responsible for leading the conceptual and design development of a varied portfolio of architectural projects, translating client vision, programmatic requirements, and contextual factors into innovative, high‑quality design solutions. This role emphasizes creative leadership, design excellence, and collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders, from early concept through design development and into documentation support. You will act as a design steward for projects, ensuring design intent is maintained while balancing functionality, constructability, sustainability, and client goals.

What You Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you bring strong architectural design expertise, exceptional communication skills, and proven experience leading the design & development of varied projects:
Qualifications include:
- Professional Degree in Architecture, with an OAA license (or on path to licensure)
- At least 5+ years of dedicated architectural design experience. 7-10+ years for a Senior Design Architect level.
- Experience across multiple project types (e.g., commercial, institutional, residential, mixed‑use)
- Familiarity with sustainable design standards (LEED, WELL, Passive House, etc.)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, design development, and built work
- Proficiency in design and visualization tools such as Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead design efforts while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams
