About the Opportunity
As an Intermediate BIM Technologist focused on standards and quality, you will play a key role in shaping how projects are delivered by ensuring alignment across multidisciplinary teams and consultant partners.
You will work closely with internal project teams and external consultants, acting as a trusted advisor on BIM standards and workflows. Your contributions will directly impact project efficiency, coordination, and overall design integrity, helping deliver high-quality built environments.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll review consultant-produced Revit models to ensure compliance with established standards, including model structure, families, parameters, and coordination readiness
- You’ll assess multidisciplinary drawing sets to confirm alignment with approved specifications and design standards
- You’ll maintain and update master Revit templates, content libraries, and documentation
- You’ll support project teams by setting up and administering Autodesk Construction Cloud environments and workflows
- You’ll collaborate with consultants to ensure approved updates are implemented accurately and on schedule
- You’ll identify recurring issues and recommend practical improvements to BIM standards and review processes
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working with BIM and Revit in a design or construction environment
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, including templates, families, parameters, and worksharing
- Strong understanding of BIM coordination across architectural, mechanical, electrical, and fire disciplines
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud setup and file management workflows
- Solid knowledge of construction documentation, specifications, and design standards
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and version control practices
