Objective: To drive the design and execution of high-end living spaces that reflect sophistication, innovation, and timeless appeal. The objective of this role is to conceptualize and deliver architectural solutions that align with our brand’s commitment to excellence, elevate the lifestyle experience of our clientele, and set new benchmarks in urban luxury living. The Architect will play a pivotal role in translating market insights and client aspirations into iconic structures, ensuring seamless integration of aesthetics, functionality, sustainability, and regulatory compliance across all project phases.
Responsibilities:
- Skilled Architect with Planning Capabilities: Skilled Architect with strong conceptual thinking, with comprehensive understanding of nuanced planning for luxurious Residential superstructures. Strong conceptual thinker with a vision for developing architectural ideas into real projects by understanding the practicality
- Stakeholder Management: Responsible for managing all stakeholders and coordinating with stakeholders to create feasibility studies and design briefs. Liaise with contractors, consultants throughout design and constructions phases(local and international); including municipal departments and government officials for approvals. Build high level relationship with senior management to establish future value creation by offering trusted advice.
- Delivery Timelines & Budget: Ensure successful delivery and completion of the project within agreed timelines and budgets. Deep understanding of cost, nature of development and the aptitude to manage luxury as well as aspirational developments.
- Accountability & Communication: Monitor and guide on project management and advise/allocate resources and staff. Strategize and communicate effectively to solve business issues / needs.
Qualifications and skill-sets:
- Bachelors of Architecture from a reputed institute; Masters in Architecture will be preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCad, InDesign, robust knowledge of DP 2034 etc with experience of preparing construction documents while being updated on emerging technology platforms.
- In-depth understanding about FSI drawing, BMC drawings, RERA compliances and other technicalities
- Proven, robust work experience of 8-15 years with reputed firms, minimum 5 years in the luxury segment
- Must be able to communicate design/construction intent via computer generated sketches.
- Express high degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people – contractors, architects, vendors, interior designers, etc.
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management, coordination skills and strong communication skills
- Strong understanding of the project management process with the ability to lead on site and manage execution even with multiple projects
- Reliable, focused, confident, articulate and self-directed with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude.
