SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)
Deliver steel design calculations and drawings, ensuring compliance with codes and constructability.
SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Perform steel member and connection design.
- Develop design reports and review drawings.
- Coordinate with detailing/fabrication teams.
- Support design optimization for economy.
- Assist in technical discussions with clients.

Purpose of Interaction
- To coordinate with design and drafting teams for accurate and timely deliverables.
External Stakeholder
Purpose of Interaction
- To interface with consultants and vendors for drawing validation and design support.

KNOWLEDGE
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Master’s in Structural Engineering (preferred)
Language Skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of regional/local languages is (preferred)
Experience
Years of Experience
- 6–10 years in structural steel design.
Nature of
Experience
- Industrialized construction system design, parametric modeling, team leadership.
