SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)
To provide strategic leadership in architectural design and planning across high-value, large-scale, or complex projects. Oversees design excellence, drives innovation, ensures compliance, and leads multidisciplinary coordination to deliver sustainable, client-aligned environments.
SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead vision, design strategy, and direction for mega/landmark projects.
- Review and approve key submissions (concepts, layouts, façade details, construction documents).
- Participate in due diligence, feasibility studies, and business development proposals.
- Define/enforce design standards, benchmarks, and best practices.
- Align design outcomes with organizational strategy and long-term goals.

Internal Stakeholder
Purpose of Interaction
- CEO / Directors – For strategy, approvals, and business alignment
- Project Managers / Engineers – For coordination and integration of design with execution
- Design Team (Architects, Urban Planners, BIM Specialists, Interior Designers) – For guidance and quality control

Purpose of Interaction
- Clients and Developers – For design brief finalization and relationship management
- Regulatory Authorities – For approvals, compliance, and design negotiations

KNOWLEDGE
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) – Mandatory
- Master’s in Architecture / Urban Design / Sustainable Design – Preferred
Language Skills
- English, Proficiency in regional/local language

- 22–28+ years; extensive multi-sectoral portfolio.
