Position: Façade Site Engineer
Location: Qarnayel - Lebanon
We are seeking an experienced Façade Site Engineer with more than 3 years' experience in the field to join our team, He will be responsible for managing and overseeing Façade Aluminum & Glass projects activities on-site, ensuring that work is executed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards. This role involves coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress while maintaining quality and adherence to deadlines. The Façade Site Engineer must possess strong technical expertise in façade systems, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead façade projects planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Oversee the installation of facade aluminum systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Provide technical guidance to the site team regarding facade materials, systems, and installation methods.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the installation process.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets industry standards and project requirements.
- Conduct inspections and tests on materials and installations to verify compliance with specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress and prepare regular reports.
- Prepare and submit progress reports.
- Ensure that all site activities comply with health and safety regulations.
- Promote a safe working environment by conducting safety briefings and enforcing safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of site management experience in facade systems (aluminum & glass).
- Strong knowledge of façade materials, systems, and installation methods.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Language: English and Arabic, French is a plus.
