Your New Role
As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in the coordination and delivery of detailed 3D models and drawings across large-scale data centre projects.
You will work closely with design teams, project managers, and site teams to ensure all building services are fully coordinated and clash-free prior to installation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating BIM models across mechanical, electrical and public health services
- Managing and updating federated models using BIM software (Revit/Navisworks)
- Running clash detection and resolving coordination issues with internal and external teams
- Producing and reviewing detailed construction drawings and installation models
- Attending coordination meetings with consultants, subcontractors and project teams
- Ensuring BIM standards, protocols and project requirements are met
- Supporting site teams with model queries and technical issues
- Assisting in the development and implementation of BIM processes and workflows
What You'll Need
- 3+ years’ experience in a BIM / Revit coordination role
- Strong proficiency in Revit and Navisworks
- Experience working on large-scale projects (data centres, commercial or industrial preferred)
- Good understanding of MEP services and building systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a contractor environment is highly desirable
