We are looking for a BIM Modeler with strong technical and coordination skills to support the delivery of high-end fit-out, joinery, and detailed construction projects.
This role goes beyond modeling — it requires understanding how design integrates with construction, coordination, and execution.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
BIM Modeling
Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Revit
Produce coordinated models for architectural and fit-out works
Ensure models align with project specifications and drawings
Clash Detection & Coordination
Perform clash detection using Navisworks
Coordinate between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
Resolve clashes in coordination with design and site teams
Drawings & Documentation
Extract shop drawings and detailed drawings from BIM models
Support preparation of as-built models and documentation
Ensure model updates reflect latest project changes
Project Coordination
Work closely with engineering, site, and project teams
Support design coordination meetings and model reviews
Ensure BIM outputs align with execution requirements
🛠️ Skills & Tools
Autodesk Revit (Advanced)
Navisworks (Clash Detection & Coordination)
AutoCAD
BIM workflows and standards
🔍 Requirements
5–7 years experience as BIM Modeler
Experience in fit-out, joinery, or construction projects
Strong understanding of BIM coordination and workflows
Ability to work in a project-based environment
