Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to join our project team. The selected
candidate will be responsible for coordinating BIM models, ensuring design accuracy, supporting
multidisciplinary coordination, and maintaining compliance with project standards and BIM execution
requirements throughout all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage BIM models across different disciplines and project teams.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, specifications, and BIM execution plans.
• Perform model reviews and clash detection to identify and resolve coordination issues.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth
coordination.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of BIM-related documentation and reports.
• Monitor model updates and ensure proper version control and data accuracy.
• Assist in improving BIM workflows, standards, and project coordination processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance related to BIM tools and model coordination.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant BIM coordination experience in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of BIM processes, coordination workflows, and construction standards.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related tools.
• Experience in multidisciplinary model coordination and clash detection processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within project deadlines.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership is preferred/required.
