Role Overview
We are looking for a Architect with strong residential design expertise and practical understanding of Vastu principles. The role involves end-to-end architectural design, including space planning, working drawings, and coordination, with a focus on delivering functional, compliant, and customer-centric homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design efficient residential layouts (2BHK, 3BHK, villas, apartments)
- Develop unit plans, floor plans, elevations, and sections
- Ensure optimal space utilization, ventilation, and natural lighting
- Create concept to detailed design drawings
- Incorporate Vastu principles into residential layouts
- Provide multiple layout options based on Vastu and client needs
- Balance Vastu requirements with practical constraints (site, regulations, cost)
- Support client discussions on Vastu-related design decisions
- Develop and manage Revit models for residential projects
- Generate GFC (Good for Construction) drawings from the model
- Prepare detailed working drawings (kitchen, toilets, staircase, etc.)
- Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts
- Participate in clash detection and resolution
- Ensure drawings are aligned with site execution requirements
- Incorporate site feedback and revisions
- Align design outputs with approval and execution standards
Key Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture)
- Good understanding of residential design principles
- Experience in working drawings and GFC documentation
- Knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination
- Strong space planning and layout design capability
- Understanding of residential customer preferences
- Ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, and cost
