Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sydney, NSW for a Graduate Architect. The Graduate Architect will collaborate with senior architects to contribute to design development, produce technical drawings, and participate in project planning and execution. Responsibilities include creating architectural designs, integrating creative solutions, managing project deliverables, and ensuring compliance with building codes and client requirements. The role also involves coordinating with construction teams and councils.
Qualifications
- Proficiency Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of design principles and space planning
- Skills in Software Development and Integration, including experience with architectural design software such as AutoCAD preffered, Revit, or similar tools
- Project Management abilities, including organization, time management, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
- Prior experience or internships in the construction or design industry is required.
- Familiarity with Australian building regulations and standards is highly desirable
- Candidate should be aware of CDC and DA application process
