Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Architect, based in Athens. The Architect will oversee and contribute to architectural design, manage projects from inception to delivery, and ensure seamless integration of all construction and design elements. Daily tasks include developing and reviewing building plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Architectural Design, including space planning and drafting
- Experience in leveraging integration and technology within architectural processes
- Understanding of contemporary Architecture principles and design trends
- Familiarity with software tools used in architectural design and project management
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Professional certification or licensure in architecture is a plus
- Proficiency in Greek and fluency in English are highly beneficial
